Refund

All products are final sale, unless there is omission of information or wrong, in which case we will issue a refund.   

We have 7 days full refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Any claims for errors in the study guide  must be submitted within 7 days or product purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you should provide a reason for the return a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancelling Orders

We don't offer refund for people who cancel their orders, only for reasonable reasons. No cancellation is possible to due to the nature of the product. 

To start a return, you can contact us at artdoctordesign@protonmail.com or simply fill the form in our Contact us page. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a full refund through your initial payment method. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the refund too (max one week).
