License Usage

Individual license usage only.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Grant:

   • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product (the "Product") solely for personal use within the scope of your organization or for the intended end user (if applicable), as specified in your purchase. This license does not allow for redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the Product.

2. Scope of Use:

   • The Product is licensed to the individual user  and may be accessed, used, and stored by the Licensee. However, the Licensee may not:

     • Copy, modify, or alter the Product.

     • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Product to any third party, including students or other users, without prior written consent and institutional license.

     • Use the Product from Artsy clinical guide in any manner that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

3. Institutional License Usage:

   • For institutional buyers (such as educational or corporate organizations), the Product may be used by the number of users as outlined in the purchase agreement outlined in written agreement upon purchase of institutional agreement and plans. The institution is responsible for ensuring that the Product is used only by authorized individuals within the institution, as specified at the time of purchase.

   • Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or use by individuals beyond the licensed user limit is prohibited and may result in revocation of access and legal action.

4. Watermarking and Tracking:

   • The Product may be watermarked with a unique code for identification purposes. This watermark helps track usage and enforce the licensing agreement. The Licensee acknowledges that any unauthorized distribution or misuse of the Product may be detected through this watermark which is a unique code for each download for each buyer.

   • The Product is protected by copyright and is subject to monitoring for any misuse or unauthorized sharing. The Licensee agrees to allow the tracking of the Product's usage and acknowledges that any violations of these terms may result in the termination of access, revocation of the license, and potential legal action.

5. Downloads:

   • The Licensee may download the Product as specified in the purchase agreement. However, the Licensee may not download or distribute the Product in a manner that exceeds the intended use (e.g., downloading for more users than purchased or for commercial intent). Any violation of this policy may result in legal action or termination of the license.

6. Limitation of Liability:

   • The Licensee acknowledges that they are solely responsible for complying with the terms of this license. The provider is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use, redistribution, or misuse of the Product.

7. Termination of License:

   • This license may be terminated at any time by the provider if the Licensee is found to be in violation of these terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and delete or destroy any copies in their possession.

Your order cannot be shared (even for free), resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purposes. No redistribution allowed. Personalized customer watermark is applied upon download on each pdf. Unauthorized distribution will lead to account termination & legal action. Each purchase is for ONE user only. Institutions require a separate license.

Institutional license usage -Our product license is for individual use only and does not permit redistribution to students, staff, or multiple users within an organization. Pricing varies based on the number of users and intended usage. Unauthorized distribution or use beyond an individual license violates our terms of service. Each Products are watermarked to individual accounts, and monitored for unauthorized distribution. Institutions found in violation may result in revocation of access without a refund and subjected to immediate legal action. If you require multiple users to use the product, an institutional license is required.
